Canada – Cadillac Jack to provide Californian WAP

By - 27 June 2013

Canadian-based Amaya Gaming has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Cadillac Jack and the California Nations Indian Gaming Association (CNIGA) have entered into an agreement for Cadillac Jack to become the provider of Wide Area Progressive (WAP) gaming products to CNIGA’s member tribes. The agreement received a unanimous vote of approval from the executive board of CNIGA.

Lee Acebedo, Executive Director for CNIGA, said: “Cadillac Jack’s WAP products have built a loyal player following, generating impressive jackpots and providing consistent revenue on casino floors. We at CNIGA are extremely excited to introduce Cadillac Jack’s quality WAP products to our 23 gaming tribal members and their players.”

CNIGA was founded in 1988 as a non-profit organization comprised of federally-recognized tribal governments. CNIGA is dedicated to the purpose of protecting the sovereign right of Indian tribes to have gaming on federally-recognized Indian lands. It acts as a planning and coordinating agency for legislative, policy, legal and communications efforts on behalf of its members and serves as an industry forum for information and resources.

Mauro Franic, COO for Cadillac Jack, said: “The California expansion of Cadillac Jack’s WAP products is affirmation that our commitment to the development of one of the most successful WAP programs in Tribal gaming has been realized. To date, more than $10m in jackpot prizes have been awarded and many more millions generated for our customers.”
