Chile – IGT Places True 3D games in casinos throughout Chile

International Game Technology’s True 3D games featured on the Axxis cabinet have been approved for the Chilean market and are being placed at multiple casinos in the region.
Casinos Dreams will feature IGT Sphinx 3D in Punta Arenas Casino and Temuco Casino; and Dragon’s Temple 3D in Valdivia Casino. Enjoy Casino & Resort will also feature Sphinx 3D, in addition to Bejeweled 3D games in Casino Rinconada and in the Enjoy Antofagasta Casino. Upon commencement of operations at its Ovalle Casino Resort, Boldt & Peralada will feature the Sphinx 3D game.

IGT True 3D technology utilizes integrated eye-tracking to make images jump off the screen or stretch into the distance in high resolution. Utilizing two embedded cameras, the integrated eye-tracking system detects players’ positions and continuously adjusts the image accordingly. The image is processed and displayed so that the ideal 3D picture self-matches the player’s precise line of sight, allowing freedom of movement in all directions – all without the need for special glasses.
Designed for True 3D games, the IGT Axxis cabinet was designed to maximize player comfort, create a sense of personal space and to immerse the player into the game. In addition to a glasses-free 3D viewing experience, Axxis offers a host of player-centric features such as an advanced button panel, full-scale illumination and premium audio.
