China – Konami focuses on creative interaction for Asian slots

Konami Gaming has announced a milestone lineup of new Asian market game titles coming to Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia on May 19 to 21, 2015 at the Venetian Macao.
Thousands of industry professionals and executives from across the Asian Pacific will become the first to see and explore Konami’s newest releases at booth number 559, including a number of exclusive new Asian market titles aligned for significant regional reception. New original math games such as Opera Beauty 5-reel video slot, Dragon’s Glory UltraReels video slot, and Prophetess of Fortune on Rapid Revolver are among the top titles to expect, with more to be revealed at the show’s opening.
“Konami continues to invest its support in new games, cabinets, and technology that help advance the future of gaming entertainment in many crucial Asian regions,” said Matt Reback, vice president, marketing at Konami. “The games we’re bringing to G2E Asia 2015 feature greater volatility indexes, enhanced player interaction, richer pay tables, and custom art themes to further engage regional player demographics with fresh gaming experiences. In particular, Konami’s Prophetess of Fortune on Rapid Revolver is powered by a unique multiplier mechanic—delivered through the stacked, spinning top-box drums that amplifies wins up to 100x.”
Prophetess of Fortune is Konami’s newest release for Rapid Revolver, joining the award-winning debut title Rising Dragon. Both combine thrilling top-box lighting and effects in the upper stacked reels with dramatic art animation in the lower video base game for a hybrid video-mechanical reel experience. Konami’s big-screen Podium Goliath cabinet will also be shown, with colossal sound, 360-degree attract lighting, and 32-inch dual high-definition LCD displays.
“During this year’s event, Konami will be showcasing some of its most promising new game themes on Goliath, such as Heroine of the East and Mighty Emperor of Heaven. Both are 5-reel video slots that highlight random multipliers in the free game bonus,” said Mr. Reback. “Because Goliath is compatible with all the same games as our classic Podium cabinet, operators have the greatest control and long-term flexibility to customize this product to meet their needs.”
