Speaking at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, at a special general meeting, Tom Lau Ko Yuen, Deputy Chairman of Louis XIII Holdings revealed that the foundations would be ‘completed by April or May next year.’ The project’s shareholders have voted to approve a new fund raising exercise for the US$1.06bn project.
