Croatia – GTECH customers move closer to the ACTION

GTECH’s SPIELO brand gaming products were showcased by Multi Solutions for Gaming (MSfG) at their recent customer event in Zagreb, Croatia. SPIELO’s diversity multi-games, progressive links, systems solutions, and Sphinx 3D were all on display for customers to experience.
“Since we signed the first contract with GTECH in 2003 the gaming landscape has changed significantly.” said MSfG Managing Director Kresimir Licitar. “Over the years we have seen new markets opening up and existing markets closing down. The gaming industry never stands still and there is always something happening. To have a strong partner like GTECH over all those years provides us with the needed stability to do our business in this ever changing economy.”
The event was held for the sixth time and has become a tradition in the Croatian gaming events calendar. The Croatian customers who visited the event were particularly interested in Sphinx 3D and the latest diversity suites. A definite highlight of the event was the Croatian launch of GTECH’s ACTION JACKPOTS, a unique product, offering four different progressive links tied into one single gaming machine.
“At our customer events we are trying to give our customers examples and advice on how to best set up their casino floor,” said C&C CEO Dietmar Redlhammer. “We design the complete event as if it were a real casino. The floor layout, machine placement, and handling of different denominations are all topics we try to cover.”
MSfG d.o.o is based in Zagreb, Croatia and is a 100 per cent subsidiary company of C&C (Casino & Consulting) Handels- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft M.b.h. from Linz, Austria. The two well-known faces are long-time partners; C & C Managing Partner & CEO Dietmar Redlhammer and Managing Director of MSfG Kresimir Licitar. Both gentlemen have been actively working in the casino industry for more than 25 years.
