ICE – e-gaming increasing presence in Spain and preparing for ICE 2018

The Czech manufacturer of VLT-SBG systems has already around 3,500 terminals installed in several communities in Spain and has recently sent AWP machines out on test in Andalusia where games have a great player acceptance.
e-gaming started up its own operation company in Andalusia under the name of Victory Salones and will open other arcades in other communities soon.
A company spokesperson said: “The idea of operating our own sites in Spain comes from our experience in the Czech and Slovak markets, where the company opened arcades in order to promote their machines and games. As this is a big support of product in those countries, e-gaming decided to do have a similar business plan in Spain. Thanks to the great success of our games in some Spanish communities, some operators decided to open arcades with exclusively games of e-gaming and roulette. After Czech Republic and Slovakia the Spanish market is one of the most important markets where e-gaming is booking great results.”
In the Latin American countries – Mexico, Colombia and Panama e-gaming continues increasing it´s market share step by step with installation of their terminals in prestigious places with some of the most important operators of this region.
2017 was a very busy year for e-gaming with successes experienced in several countries and fully booked capacity of production for all year. It was also a very busy moment for their R&D team developing new games in several languages and adapting e-gaming´s software for the new legislation of 2018 in the Czech Republic.
January 2018 has seen a new gaming law that becomes effective in the Czech Republic which changes completely the rules of gaming industry. It tightens requirements on control of player’s limits and introduces different kinds of self exclusion of player.
Under this new law with strict rules which gives more protection for players, there is also an opening of other business opportunity to operators as it allows operation of Online casinos.
e-gaming is one of the first Czech operating company who managed to get a licence for online casino which is a great success for the company.
