Ireland – GAN names Seamus McGill as non-executive Chairman

GAN, a supplier of simulated gaming in the United States, has announced that David O’Reilly has stepped down from the Board of Directors in order to pursue other business interests whilst existing director Mr Seamus McGill has been appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board.

Mr McGill is a long-standing veteran of the US casino Industry and formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. Seamus is a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada and has been a director of GAN plc since April 2014.

Seamus McGill, Chairman of GAN, said: “David has made an incredibly positive contribution to GAN over many years, helping navigate the business through an initial public offering in 2013 and supporting Management in developing GAN into the leading enterprise supplier of Internet gaming solutions to American casinos.
