Italy – New ownership at Magic Dreams

The start of November saw a new ownership structure at Italian slot manufacturer Magic Dreams, with a consortium called MD International now overseeing all activities of the group, including its subsidiaries Omniludo s.r.l. and Super Slot s.r.l. as well as its national and international commercial network.
The consortium, which includes two private equity firms, said it was ‘strongly determined to continue all the activities of the group, enhancing the growing sectors, including online gaming and emerging international markets.’
It stated: “In order to reach a better optimisation and to confer stronger continuity to the corporate actions, the Management has been committed to Luca Gerardini, Managing Director of the Company, formerly General Manager. With the aim of strengthening as stated above, the Company communicates the acquisition of the well-known brand Magic Dreams. The corporate headquarter will be mantained in Misinto, 36, Via della Pusterla, Italy.”
