Puerto Rico – EGT completes first install in Puerto Rico

Euro Games Technology has just completed its first installation in Puerto Rico through its distribution partner Reel Games.
The deal saw P-24/24 Up slot machines from EGT’s Premier series connected to EGT’s Vega jackpot system installed at the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino.
The casino is located near the airport, right on the waterfront at the oldest settlement in San Juan. Spread across 7,000 sq. ft, it was voted San Juan’s friendliest casino for its atmosphere, dealers and ways to win.
Sean Smith, President and founder of Reel Games, said: “We are extremely excited to have the Sheraton as the first place to receive our machines in Puerto Rico. The local players are exactly what our games are designed for, and we are confident that they will feel the difference with EGT’s products.”
The P-24/24 Up cabinets, equipped with the Premier Multi-3 mix of titles, featuring the popular fruit themed games, along with the Vega jackpot system, offering its Mini, Middle and Super levels of jackpot, are expected to drive player interest.
Ada Pérez, Director of the casino, added: “It is well known that EGT’s slot models are favorites amongst players throughout the Caribbean, Central America, South America. We believe they will be accepted with the same enthusiasm in Puerto Rico as well.”
