South Korea – JCM lands exclusive deal at Jeju Shinhwa World

By - 19 July 2018

Landing International’s Landing Casino at Jeju Shinhwa World is welcoming guests daily, and each of the casino’s slot devices is protected by the power of JCM Global solutions.

JCM exclusively provided its iVIZION bill validator, GEN5 thermal printer, and ICB Intelligent Cash Box to the
5,500-square meter casino. The combination of products offers the highest levels of protection, while also helping to
increase customer connections and streamline the drop process.

“In planning Landing Casino at Jeju Shinhwa World, we worked painstakingly to create a place where our guests
could enjoy complete world-class hospitality that offered a fully rounded leisure and entertainment experience. That
included our slot floor, where we wanted to combine security and convenience, and we found that solution with JCM
Global, said Neil Gallagher, Vice President of Casino Operations.

“We are honored to have been chosen as the exclusive provider to Landing Casino at Jeju Shinhwa World,” said
JCM APAC General Manager Ian Payne. “At JCM, we understand operators want to strike a perfect balance between
high security and customer convenience, and in casinos all over the world and of all sizes, JCM products continue
to prove themselves.”

JCM’s iVIZION protect operators with a robust combination of optical and mechanical sensing and anti-fishing
technologies. Its CIS technology scans the entire note or ticket, reading more than 9.5 million data points on every
note, more than twice that of the nearest competitor.

The GEN5 printer has a faster CPU and print speed and the flexibility to print TITO and promotional tickets as well
as various wager tickets and templated promo coupons.

JCM’s ICB 3.0 streamlines the entire drop process, eliminates human error, and provides real-time health monitoring
data and predictive drop and maintenance scheduling to dramatically increase operational efficiency.
