Spain – Casino de Barcelona to stage 2nd Live Gaming Summit

The second annual Live Gaming Summit will take place at Casino de Barcelona on April 26, bringing together suppliers, operators and analysts to discuss the latest developments in the live gaming industry.

With data from analytical group H2 Capital stating that 29 per cent of European gaming revenue comes from Live Dealer gaming, this year’s Live Gaming Summit will show casino operators and bookmakers how they can benefit even more from the fast-growing live dealer segment.

Representatives of several leading operators, such as LeoVegas, Genting, Rank, Unibet, GVC, Mr Green, and many others, have already confirmed their attendance to this year’s edition of Live Gaming Summit.

Behind the scenes, new ideas for improving the traditional live gaming format are being developed constantly. Attendees will hear from Kevin Kilminster, Head of Live Casino Innovation at Playtech. Kfir Kugler, CEO of Ezugi, will discuss the latest in Virtual and Augmented Reality. Gilbert den Hartog, Managing Director at Infiniteviews, will explain how live TV and on-demand betting and gaming content can be combined seamlessly. Vedran Katić, COO at Pin Projekt, will address the growing user demand for live lottery and bingo draws. Tim Cullimore, Head of European Sales at TCS John Huxley, has promised to go into some of the latest end-to-end live gaming solutions. Last but not least, Neil Walker, owner of live gaming affiliate website LiveCasinoComparer.com, will point out some great ways to ensure that operators are marketing their live gaming product to the right audience.

Karolina Pelc, Casino Director at LeoVegas, and Tom de Bruijn, Head of Live at Kindred Group, will share their views on some of the pressing issues facing today’s live gaming industry.

Besides innovation and new game formats, the upcoming Live Gaming Summit will also address opportunities for land-based casinos, in-venue (closed loop) live gaming, television gaming, localization and private tables, as well as the latest regulatory developments and the hot-button issue of diversity in the live gaming industry.
