Suriname – EGT makes a splash in underwater world of Atlantis

By - 2 September 2014

Euro Games Technology has installed 56 slots, including its Egypt Quest machines at the Atlantis Hotel & Casino in Suriname.

Atlantis is the first themed casino in Suriname and is the fifth and newest investment by Pasha Global; a dynamic operator, headquartered in Paramaribo, who also owns Tropicana, Savannah, Magic Island and Mirage.

Euro Games Technology has been a preferred and reliable supplier to Pasha Global for several years.
Nadia Popova, Director of the local office of EGT in Panama, said: “We are proud of being chosen as a main partner for the leading casino operator in Suriname. Pasha Global manages its projects with the greatest of accuracy, which is a shared value between our two companies. We have provided 56 slot machines to the Atlantis casino. This installation is of significant importance for EGT as it includes eight jackpot Egypt Quest machines; the first seen on a casino floor in Suriname. They were so well accepted that Pasha Global has since decided to have them in each of its casinos in the country.”
Egypt Quest is a 4-level progressive jackpot system. Each of the jackpot levels can be reached through the bonus game triggered via the special scroll symbols or randomly during the main games and free spins.

“We are confident in Egypt Quest’s success on the local market, as its multigame catalogue includes the most preferred EGT games in Suriname,” Mrs. Popova continued. “This jackpot system will continue our trend of constantly rising market share that has reached 25 per cent in only three years.”
Along with Egypt Quest Pasha Global has also equipped its casinos with EGT’s Vega Vision upright, Vega Vision + slant top cabinets, and the P24/24 Up model from the Premier series.
