By - 9 December 2013

The BiG Foundation has been set up as a registered charitable organisation in the UK; the focus being on supporting those in difficult circumstances with funds donated from companies and individuals involved in the betting and gaming industry.

Founded in 2013 by Richard Hogg, CMO of Betting Promotion, and David Dixon, it will be pulling together their resources to arrange stunning and unmissable fundraising events.

The BiG Sports Dinner will launch The BiG Foundation which aims to improve and enhance the quality of life of injured, sick, or terminally ill individuals globally, with a focus on the healing power of sport.
The BiG Foundation aspires to improve the physical, social, emotional and psychological wellbeing of these individuals, as well as their immediate families and carers, with the provision of specialist care, support networks, sports resources or equipment, assisting access to, participation in and engagement with sports and physical activities.
The charity also aims to work collaboratively with other voluntary organisations with shared objectives.

The BiG Sports Dinner is to be held at The Dorchester, London on Tuesday April 1, 2014 with over 450 guests.
