UK – OpenBet appoints Doreena Ross

OpenBet has appointed Doreena Ross as Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately.

She had previously held senior roles in HR and people development within the software industry, such as International Business Systems (IBS), Interwoven (now known as HP Autonomy) and Sybase, and also led her own HR consultancy business.

In this role, she will be responsible for defining, and the implementation of, OpenBet’s key initiatives which are aimed at recruiting the best talent and supporting the development of existing staff members. She will drive forward employee engagement schemes through a co-ordinated people strategy to ensure employees are focused on the needs of customers and delivering OpenBet’s long-term business plan.

Mrs Ross brings with her a wealth of experience in global Human Resources leadership within the technology and software sectors to her role at OpenBet. In her previous roles, she successfully partnered with executive teams to translate strategy into effective HR operational plans to meet business objectives.
