UK – William Hill to roll out Correlsense’s SharePath

William Hill is deploying SharePath software from Correlsense to monitor its extensive portfolio of online gaming applications to ensure that customers experience consistent performance every minute of the day on any device.
Correlsense, an enterprise Application Performance Management (APM) company will deploy its SharePath to provide a real-time source of information to help improve customer retention.
SharePath is designed to monitor all user transactions in real time across a wide variety of technologies, infrastructure components, and endpoints. Individual SharePath customers
now use thousands of collectors to monitor their mission-critical applications. SharePath’s big data architecture correlates information from all these sources to track performance in the most complex environments.

SharePath tracks complex user transactions across their complete journey and isolates the source of a problem. Once identified, SharePath customers can easily do a “deep dive” to view the details of the issue and determine the best course of corrective action. SharePath also helps customers capture information that may be used to provide better customer service and increase the reliability of their revenue generating applications.
