US – Bravo for Genesis with two poker room installs

Genesis Gaming Solutions, a specialist in table games management and player tracking systems, has scored two major contracts for its BRAVO Poker table management systems at the new Hialeah Park Casino in Hialeah, Florida, just northwest of Miami, and at the newly renovated Mandalay Bay Poker Room, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Opened in August, the new Hialeah Park Casino is part of an extensive expansion and restoration of the historic Hialeah Park racing course.
Nelson Costa, Director of Poker Operations for Hialeah Park, explained: “We are very excited to introduce the new Hialeah Park Casino and our new poker room to the world. The BRAVO Poker system will be instrumental in effectively managing our poker operations and giving our poker players the highest quality experience they expect from Hialeah Park.”
The BRAVO Poker system, which was installed on all 25 tables in the Hialeah Park Poker Room, is a complete poker room management system that allows for accurate monitoring, tracking and managing of the entire poker room. BRAVO Poker enables poker room supervisors to monitor and manage most poker room functions, such as player tracking, lobby tracking, game setup and maintenance, waiting list functions, room statistics, player history, dealer speed, kiosk utilization, promotion tracking and complete tournament management.
Through the BRAVO Poker system, Hialeah Park will also be able to take advantage of the BRAVO Poker Live mobile app, which keeps players up-to-date with the latest poker room information, promotions and much more. BRAVO Poker Live leverages the power and data of the BRAVO Poker system and gives players up-to-the-minute information on live play, waiting lists, tournament, and promotional activity at all participating poker rooms. Casinos can instantly publicize poker room tournament schedules and current promotions directly to players through their BRAVO Poker system.
Genesis Gaming Solutions also provided the Hialeah Park Poker Room with 25 new custom-built poker tables, along with a variety of poker accessories.

At the MGM Resorts-owned Mandalay Bay, the BRAVO Poker system was installed on all 10 tables.

Genesis Gaming Solutions also provided the Mandalay Bay poker room with 10 new custom-built poker tables, completely integrated with the BRAVO Poker on-table tracking units.
