US – Cherokee Nation complete Casino Cash Trac install

Cherokee Nation Entertainment has finalised the installation of Casino Cash Trac’s Casino Insight suite of tools for its nine casino properties throughout the state.
The Cherokee Nation’s casinos include Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs, Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland, Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson, Cherokee Casino Ramona, Cherokee Casino Sallisaw, Cherokee Casino Tahlequah, Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs in Claremore and its newest property, Cherokee Casino South Coffeyville.
Including these properties, Casino Cash Trac now serves 50 casinos in multiple states. Monica Richards, senior director of operational accounting for Cherokee Nation Entertainment, said, “Efficiency and accuracy are very important to us at Cherokee Nation Entertainment. We wanted to find a single solution that we could deploy across our entire organization. Casino Cash Trac allows us to better concentrate our efforts on our core goals as an organization by eliminating a number of manual processes and spreadsheets across Cage and Revenue Audit.”

Casino Insight is the leading product to manage the casino’s Cage operations, bringing INSIGHT into the Vault all the way to its General Ledger. Its premier modules include Insight Cage/Vault, Insight Revenue Audit and Insight Reporting. CCT’s set of tools allows customers to manage their operation more effectively by spending less time with spreadsheets and more time making decisions. The solution maintains the transaction lifecycle, allowing full reconciliation daily and transparency into operations.
