US – FutureLogic takes on new Nevada Technical Manager

FutureLogic has hired Anthony Bowe as Technical Manager for North America based in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

This announcement follows the establishment of a new world-class service & repair facility in Phoenix, Arizona, a new customer service hotline for US customers and the establishment of a more comprehensive direct sales presence, service and support organization to better serve customers worldwide.

Mr. Bowe brings a wealth of direct customer support management to FutureLogic with over 7 years of experience as North American Service and Facility Manager with Suzo-Happ, a distributer of gaming, amusement, vending and industrial components.  He also brings 22 years of U.S. Air Force electronics and quality experience to the position and holds an MBA and BS degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an AAS degree in electronics from Community College of the Air Force.

He will lead FutureLogic’s North American technical support team and will be responsible for ensuring all FutureLogic’s customers across North America have the best possible experience of FutureLogic’s printing and couponing solutions. Tony will also develop and implement strategic service plans with FutureLogic’s sales, engineering and product management teams and the new service and repair facility to deliver a fully integrated customer experience for FutureLogic’s customers across all sales channels.
