US – GLI lays solid groundwork for growth

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has made multiple, top-level appointments, sending a very clear and strong signal that GLI is laying a solid groundwork for continued growth into the next decade.

GLI President/CEO James Maida said: “This is an exciting time of growth and possibility at GLI, and it is important to our current and future success to lay a solid foundation on which we will build the next five to ten years. Each of the individuals moving into top management is strong, capable, dedicated, and above all, trusted by Paul Magno, me and by our clients. Paul and I are now and plan to remain highly engaged in the day-to-day activities of the business, and we are thrilled to present the industry with a formidable team that will lead GLI well into the next decade.”

GLI’s co-founder Paul Magno is now the company’s Executive Vice President. Ascending to vice presidential positions are: Christie Eickelman, Vice President of Marketing; Christine Gallo, Vice President of Compliance and Quality Assurance; John Grau, Vice President of Engineering; Ian Hughes, Vice President of Global Services and Managing Director of GLI Australia and GLI Asia and Kevin Mullally, Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel

The team of Vice Presidents is responsible for the company’s planning, direction and overall daily management, along with other senior officers whose positions remain unchanged including Tim Reigel, Chief Technology Officer; Bruce Hecht, Chief Financial Officer; Salim Adatia, CEO of GLI Test Labs Canada; and Thiran Marimuthu, General Manager of GLI Africa.

Additionally, several other current GLI employees were promoted to Senior Director. As senior directors, these individuals have been empowered to run and/or influence policies and decision-making for GLI globally:

Diana Golda, Senior Director Quality Assurance; Rich LaBrocca, Senior Director of Engineering; Patrick Moore, Senior Director Technical Compliance and Jim Muldowney, Senior Director of Human Resources.
