US – GPI completes Gemaco take-over

Gaming Partners International has completed the purchase of GemGroup for US$19.75m.
Gregory Gronau, GPIC’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our acquisition of GemGroup and its well-known Gemaco-branded gaming products.
