Sweden – Cherry appoints new MD for Restaurant Casino

Aron Egfors has been appointed Managing Director of Cherry Spelglädje AB with responsibility of Cherry’s Restaurant Casino business area.
The appointment has been made to support the group’s aspiration to keep and increase its market-share within this area of the business and streamline the management structure.
Effective from January 28, Aron Egfors is appointed as Managing Director of the subsidiary Cherry Spelglädje AB, which holds all licenses related to Restaurant Casino. Egfors replaces Fredrik Burvall as Managing Director of the subsidiary Cherry Spelglädje AB. The changes are made as a response to Cherry’s strong growth within the Group in recent years, and to increase the management focus on Restaurant Casino.
Per-Anders Persson and Ulf Bergström will continue as Vice Presidents of Cherry Spelglädje AB. Aron Egfors has 18 years’ experience in leading positions within restaurant casino and joined Cherry through the acquisition of Joker Casino in 1999. He has a marketing degree from IHM Business School and holds 186 962 B-shares in Cherry AB (PLC).
