Alderney – Alderney Commission suspends BetSoft Gaming’s licence

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has suspended operations from BetSoft Gaming, a developer of 3D online slots.

The Executive Director of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission André Wilsenach issued a Hearing Norice under Regulation 90 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations to BetSoft’s parent company, Digitus Limited.

BetSoft must now stop offering gambling specific software to Category 1 and Category 2 eGambling licensees, as well as Category 2 Associate Certificate holders.

Mr. Wilsenach said: “The above named company must, until the Suspension Notice is cancelled or the
Commissioners of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission have reached a determination at the conclusion of the hearing convened in accordance with Regulation 90 of the Alderney eGambling Regulations, 2009 cease to exercise their Core Services Associate Certificate which means that this company must, from today, cease to offer gambling specific software to Category 1 eGambling licensees, Category 2 eGambling licensees and Category 2 Associate Certificate holders. The Alderney Gambling Control Commission will hear the matters contained in the Hearing Notice at a Regulatory Hearing which will take place in due course.

In the event that there is a change to this information this notice will be amended.”
