Austria – Harald Neumann steps down as Novomatic CEO

By - 2 March 2020

Harald Neumann has resigned from his position as CEO of Novomatic on February 29, 2020 for family reasons.

Dr. Bernd Oswald, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, said: “On behalf of company founder Prof. Johann Graf and the supervisory board of NOVOMATIC AG, I would like to thank Mag. Neumann for his great commitment over the past six years as chairman of the board. The personal wish of Mag. Neumann to end his position at the end of the month will be regrettably fulfilled. He made a significant contribution to the successful expansion of the group. Mag. Neumann will continue to hold supervisory board functions and will be available to the group as a consultant for international projects.

Dipl.-Ing. Ryszard Presch and Mag. Johannes Gratzl take over the previous management board agendas from Mag. Neumann and from now on lead the company as a management team.
