Canada – Gateway signs 10-year extension for Cascades Resort

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment has signed a 10 year extension option agreement with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) for the Cascades Casino Resort in Langley, BC.
Under this agreement Gateway remains the casino operator of Cascades through to May 2025.
This extension of the Casino Operational Services Agreement (COSA) further demonstrates the commitment within Gateway to this property and the City of Langley. Gateway is planning more renovations and improvements that will be in addition to the $5.7m spent in 2014 on multiple restaurants, a refreshed gaming floor, and theatre improvements to create a full-service entertainment destination in the heart of downtown Langley.

We believe this casino resort brings increased vibrancy and excitement to the Downtown core of Langley,” said Tony Santo, CEO of Gateway Casinos. “We are looking forward to more enhancements to Cascades that will surely create an even more exciting experience for our guests.”
Gateway has been the operator of Cascades since it was built in 2005.
