China – Macao Gaming Show celebrates ‘significant progress’By Phil - 24 November 2014
“A fantastic celebration of gaming in Asia,” is how Jay Chun, Chairman of trade body MGEMA, described the 2014 Macao Gaming Show which was held recently at The Venetian.
Gaming professionals from throughout the world, including representatives from Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Cambodia, United States and the United Kingdom, attended the 2nd edition of MGS which comprised a record 146 exhibitors occupying more than 13,000 sqm of stand space.
Reflecting on the exhibition, Jay Chun said: “Macao Gaming Show has made significant progress over the last 12 months. This week, we have welcomed a strong contingent of international visitors to Macao Gaming Show and delegates to our co-located Macao Gaming Summit which has debated the key topics impacting gaming in Asia. MGS is the only show that is truly representative of the Asian gaming industry. Our task is to build on the success of 2014 and continue the development of MGS as one of the worlds ‘must attend’ gaming events.”
The 3rd edition of the Macao Gaming Show (2015) will be held at the Venetian on November 17 to 19 November 2015.
