Curacao – HighStakes launches gaming platform

By - 2 March 2022

HighStakes.com has launched a new gaming platform that brings together online poker, casino, sports betting, crypto and trading.

Founded by venture capitalists and gaming industry veterans, HighStakes will deliver a series of original games, including unique titles like ‘Crypto Lottery’, in which users place a bet on what the last two numbers of a crypto asset will be within the next minute.

HighStakes incorporates the latest technology, multiple payment methods and a portfolio of content which includes bespoke titles from leading developers and access to major poker tournaments.

“HighStakes is far from a conventional gaming operator, and we have a clear goal of blurring the line between gambling, investment, trading and crypto,” Charlie NG, Head of Sales and Marketing at HighStakes, said.

“It is incredibly exciting, and to house all of these products under one brand enhances the customer experience, as well as the viability of the business.”

The platform features iGaming content from Ezugi, One Touch and Evolution, with hundreds of casino games available via its downloadable desktop software client.

“Our development philosophy is user and customer service driven. We’ve invested a lot in our service and our players’ feedback about new features or improvements is encouraged and valued,” continued Charlie NG.

HighStakes will host national and international poker tournaments, starting in the coming weeks. These tournaments will be spread across a schedule of guarantee-based tournaments throughout the year, alongside offerings such as ‘Luxon Happy Hours’, where tables will only charge one per cent rake for a specific period.

HighStakes is a sponsor of the Irish Open this April, with guaranteed prize money of €1m set to attract interest from players who are able to qualify for the main event via freerolls on the website. In addition, Event 32, the ‘Championship Event Irish Open HighStakes’, scheduled for 16 April, will offer a €2,000 buy-in.

Supporting these initiatives is HighStakes’ executive team, which comprises industry professionals from software providers, as well as senior marketing and operations figures from leading brands in European and Asian markets.

The HighStakes Affiliate programme is now live whereby commissions are paid every week, making the programme better for short-term cash flow and revenue-sharing opportunities throughout the lifetime of the player.
