Mancala Gaming has launched its latest interactive slot, Portal Master, which shares the name of the title’s main hero.
Portal Master expands as a wild symbol that substitutes other symbols to create a winning line, also awarding the player with an ‘energy sphere’ object every time she appears.
The energy spheres have different levels, powers and usages. The lowest energy sphere is awarded during the game while the other two energy spheres with higher value and power are obtained by trading.
Energy spheres interact directly with scatter symbols and the player decides when and how it should be used during the gameplay. Low-energy spheres, when activated, can transform a visible scatter into a randomly chosen symbol to potentially create a winning line.
Medium-energy spheres, which can be only acquired by trading three low-energy spheres, can transform a whole pay-line with a scatter into a randomly selected five-of-a-kind combination of symbols.
The most valuable sphere is high-energy which can appear only if the player chooses to trade two mid-energy spheres. The high-energy sphere automatically initiates a randomly chosen number of free spins and adds two more expanding wild symbols to the second and the third reel.
Portal Master continues awarding players with energy spheres during free spins, but those spheres automatically add more free spins to the total count. The game also offers an ‘auto-trade’ option to ensure no energy spheres are wasted and players can move towards the free spins feature.
