Czech Republic – Novomatic launches PromoNet at The Colosseum

Following an extensive technology review, Novomatic has selected to install FutureLogic’s PromoNet promotional couponing system across its gaming operations in Europe and Latin America.

For its premier installation of FutureLogic’s PromoNet solution, Novomatic chose one of its most prestigious operations, the Casino Admiral Colosseum in the Czech Republic. The Colosseum is the biggest Admiral casino in the region and sets an example by its outstanding gaming offer and contemporary approach to marketing.

Markus Engl , Casino Manager Admiral Casinos Czech Republic, said: “When I heard about PromoNet, I immediately had a few ideas on how we could make use of the special features that it could offer the Casino Colosseum. As we don’t have a player tracking system at our casino, our offers to the players were rather generic. After evaluating the available technology, we decided to upgrade our entire estate to FutureLogic’s Gen2 Universal printers and install FutureLogic’s PromoNet solution. We can now provide different rewards to players who play above a certain level – and it works exceptionally well.”

The PromoNet system went live at the Colosseum just before the end of the year, marking the sixth PromoNet system installation in Europe in 2012. Players can qualify for a prize draw by collecting coupons generated by the PromoNet system based on their game play behaviour. Within three weeks, almost 30,000 coupons had been printed, over 80 per cent of which were redeemed by players wanting to enter into the prize draw.

Mr. Engl explained: “The reception of PromoNet by the players has been exceptional. Our players are absolutely enthusiastic about promotions – they all want to win. During the Christmas holiday season, all our machines were constantly occupied – an indication of the performance and reliability of the PromoNet system. Not a single seat was empty during those days – Absolutely stunning! Since the introduction of FutureLogic’s PromoNet system, we have seen a double digit increase in revenue compared to the same period last year”.
