DRGT, APEX, and Merit International launch wide-area progressive throughout Northern Cyprus
Partnership sees launch of 333 machine and six casino Clover Link Elements Progressive
Hot in the heels of DR Gaming Technology’s (DRGT) historic milestone launch of Mexico’s first-ever National Wide Area Progressive (WAP) jackpot across 17 locations and 128 APEX Clover Link Elements slot machines, the Company has proudly launched an even larger Clover Link Elements WAP for Merit International across the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The installation links across all six Merit Casinos, creating a synchronized jackpot network that rewards players in real time, no matter where they play. Each WAP bank includes over-sized and synchronized LED displays, heightening the excitement floor-wide, with the WAP itself offering a 3-level progressive (Major, Grand, and Mega).
“The Major and Grand are local (per island/venue) jackpots with the Mega spanning across all locations and linked machines,” added DRGT Managing Director, Andreas Duller.
With the Mega jackpot starting at 20,000,000.00 Turkish Lira (approx. €400,000.00) it’s guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser; add to that the fact that when ‘hit’ 80 per cent of the jackpot value goes to the winner, with the remaining 20 per cent split equally between any other eligible players playing the relevant jackpot machines at the time of the win – Merit and DRGT have indeed created a compelling offering.
