By - 15 April 2015

Olympic Entertainment has confirmed at the recent topping out ceremony of Hilton Tallinn Park that the impressive 13-storey hotel with Estonia’s flagship casino will be opened to guests in Tallinn next spring.

Chairman of the Board of the Olympic Entertainment Group, the owner of the building, expressed his gratitude to more than a hundred construction workers and to Toomas Annus, Chairman of the Board of Merko Ehitus, the main contractor. “The wonderful city silhouette of Tallinn has been given a worthy addition and the building has reached its final height, however, we still have a lot of work to do before Hilton Tallinn Park and the largest Olympic Casino in Estonia can open their doors next spring,” said Mr Karu, who also brought down the traditional wreath from the top of the building during the event.

The new 13-storey upscale hotel adjacent to Kreutzwaldi Street in Tallinn will be operated by Hilton Worldwide. “The hotel will have 202 rooms and suites, as well as facilities including a conference hall, fitness centre, spa with an indoor swimming pool, outdoor sun terrace, and an all-day restaurant with a bar,” said Tim Ettelt, Regional Manager of Hilton Worldwide, introducing the hotel.

In addition to the hotel’s lobby, the ground floor of this outstanding building will also become the home for the 1,600 sq. m. new Estonian flagship venue of Olympic Casino. The upper part of the building will be fully at the disposal of the accommodation. Rooms will also be overlooking the Tallinn Old Town and the sea. The top three floors will be executive floors, where rooms have French balconies. The top floor of the hotel will be holding an executive lounge.

The main constructor of the building is AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and the architect is Meelis Press.
