France – Sanary-sur-Mer becomes first casino in France to be certified ISO 9001

The Vikings casino in Sanary-sur-Mer in the Var region of France has become the first casino in France to be certified ISO 9001 version 2015. The mayor of the town officially delivered this certification on February 11.
The ISO 9001 standard gives the management center ‘the satisfaction of customers and partners, this achievement demonstrates the ability of our casino to engage in a logic of continuous improvement conducive to a synergy of efforts made for our customers.’
The commitment to this approach has already enabled the casino of Sanary-sur-Mer to be in the accounting year 2019 “the first Var casino in turnover with slot machines and the first Var casino in customer basket slot machines.”
The ISO 9001 standard is implemented by more than 1.1m companies and organisations around the world. It is based on the following seven criteria: leadership, staff involvement, process approach, customer orientation, continuous improvement, decision-making supported by objective data and partner relationships. This certification is published by the International Organisation for Standardisation.
