Germany – APEX Gaming buys Bally Wulff Games & Entertainment

APEX Gaming is now the majority shareholder of Bally Wulff Holding with Thomas Niehenke, current Managing Director of Bally Wulff becoming co-shareholder.
The negotiations have been successfully concluded and Ulrich Schmidt is pleased to have an ideal partner at the side of Bally Wulff Games & Entertainment GmbH in the APEX Group under the leadership of Johannes Weissengruber.

The acquisition of Bally Wulff Games & Entertainment by the APEX Group offers both companies excellent prospects. The strengths of both companies complement each other perfectly and ensure that Berlin can be further expanded. There are only slight overlaps in the markets and business areas. The APEX Group is extremely successful in the worldwide casino markets and Bally Wulff in the street markets of Germany and Spain.
