Germany – Bally Wulff in negotiations to APEX Gaming over

Thomas Niehenke, current Managing Director of BALLY WULFF Holding GmbH and the APEX Group under the leadership of Johannes Weissengruber intend to take over the BALLY WULFF companies based in Berlin.
Negotiations with Ulrich Schmidt are already well advanced.
BALLY WULFF has excellent prospects in the core markets of Germany and Spain as well as the possibility of simplified internationalization of its products.
The companies said: “Due to the extraordinarily successful growth in the global casino markets in recent years, the APEX Group has not been able to exploit the possibilities of the German market, especially in the past. The products and market opportunities of BALLY WULFF are an ideal complement. Together, the companies APEX and BALLY WULFF want to set themselves ambitious goals.
