On Saturday, December 2, the Merkur Casino Duisburg rolled out the red carpet and attracted more than 2,000 visitors to the casino in the Ruhr area with its Big Casino game show.
Managing directors David Schnabel and Björn Hohlt said: “Our game shows are an absolute highlight and a figurehead for our casinos. With this fantastic evening, we have once again proven that the Merkur casinos stand for outstanding entertainment in North Rhine-Westphalia.”
High-profile celebrities found their way to the Rhine with well-known stars such as “Das Supertalent” juror Bruce Darnell, presenters Frauke Ludowig and Nina Moghaddam, actress Katy Karrenbauer and fellow actor Arne Löber all on the red carpet to experience the Big Casino game show live. Nina Moghaddam came out on top. With the right combination at the money vault, she raised 3,333 euros for a good cause. The popular presenter donated the money to the Red Wedge association. And Frauke Ludowig also proved to have a lucky hand. At the roulette table, she won 800 euros. The profits will be donated to the RTL Foundation – We Help Children.
The lucky winner of the main prize took home 10,000 euros to thunderous applause.
