GLI’s Diana Munoz wins Excellence in Customer Service award at 2025 Women in Gaming Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) Client Services Supervisor EMEIA Diana Munoz has been honored with the Excellence in Customer Service – (Supplier) Award at the 2025 Women in Gaming Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards.
According to event organizers, the WIG Diversity Awards recognize individuals and organizations for outstanding devotion to enhancing equality, diversity and inclusion in categories like Diverse and Inclusive team and Positive role models.
Munoz joined GLI in 2022 and plays a crucial role in improving customer engagement and service delivery. She has refined internal support structures, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Though her role primarily supports internal teams, her work directly enhances external customer satisfaction by reducing response times, improving issue resolution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
