Grand Casino Baden deploys full DRGT suite
Swiss operator transitions to DRGT’s end-to-end casino management platform
DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) has completed a full system deployment at Grand Casino Baden, marking a significant technology transition for one of Switzerland’s leading casino operators. The installation covers slots, tables, cage operations, and player registration, delivering a comprehensive, cashless, and integrated CMS environment.
The move sees all 322 slot machines at Grand Casino Baden now operating on DRGT’s robust CMS architecture, each equipped with the 8.8” drScreenUltra player interface. Additionally, the venue’s 13 table games—including Blackjack, Poker, and American Roulette—are now managed via DRGT’s live tables platform, bringing the casino’s entire floor under one seamless ecosystem.
Christian Aumüller, CEO at Grand Casino Baden, emphasized the strategic rationale behind the upgrade: “As a key contributor to both the local economy and the regional entertainment landscape, operational efficiency and customer experience are non-negotiable. We believe DRGT’s technology provides the platform we need to meet those expectations consistently.”
Beyond its core systems, DRGT has also custom-developed two bespoke table game display solutions for the property. As explained by DRGT Austria’s Key Account Manager Team Lead: Iztok Zgalin, the roulette display interfaces directly with Cammegh wheels to automatically update hot/cold number data, while the blackjack display allows dealers to input hand results via the Tables Management interface. Both display types are controlled centrally through drSign, DRGT’s digital signage management tool.
