Greece – Sokratis Kokkalis takes over the role of Intralot CEO

Greek betting giant Intralot has announced that the Chairman of its Board, Mr. Sokratis Kokkalis, has also assumed the duties of Chief Executive Officer, following the resignation of Mr. Kerastaris as CEO and Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Kokkalis thanked Mr. Kerastaris for his contribution to the Intralot and Intracom Holdings Groups in the past 10 years. Mr. Kerastaris will be replaced in the Board of Directors by Mr. Alexandros-Stergios Manos as non-executive board member.
