A casino opportunity has arisen on the Caribbean island of Carriacou where The Slater Group is looking for an experienced operator to manage the proposed casino at its Anse la Roche Hotel in Carriacou.
Over 40,000 sq. ft. of gaming floor will be made available to the successful operator who will be able to operate something in the region of 140 slots and ten tables.
Operating alongside a 150 bed hotel with 100 suites and 50 rooms, the resort is described as boutique hotel at the heart of an exclusive development on one of the most beautiful islands of the Grenadines.
It would also be the first casino on the island. In addition to the hotel, there will be 20 luxury villas with mooring facilities in the private bay. Anse la Roche is a 128 acre private estate with wooded hills falling, just 700 feet away from a spectacular sandy cove. Carriacou is the most southerly of the Grenadines, just 13 square miles in size and lying south of the hurricane belt. There are daily flights from Barbados, just one hour away.
The island is rich in cultural history, has annual daily sunshine in excess of 70 per cent with temperatures ranging between 23c and 32c, moderated by refreshing sea breezes.
