ICE – bwin.party boosts mobile performance with Element Wave

Element Wave is exhibiting at ICE Totally Gaming for the first time where it will be officially launching their new, high performance Mobile Marketing Automation platform called Mobile Moments.

The company has released an in-depth case study from their ongoing partnership with bwin.party.

Over the past 15 months, Element Wave, who specializes, in mobile technology and CRM services for the igaming industry – have been working closely with bwin.party’s CRM team to help create value and drive engagement for their mobile customers.

Their targeted push and in-app campaigns have consistently achieved 200% to 300% higher mobile bets when compared to control groups, while Element Wave’s custom-built technology produced between 50 times and 100 times more mobile bets on specific in-play campaigns.
Even more interestingly, in-play RTB campaigns produced twice as many overall mobile bets across all live markets on selected sporting events.

The partnership has involved Element Wave managing all mobile activities across 15 of bwin.party’s native mobile apps across various countries and labels.

The Element Wave team of mobile CRM experts and analysts combine target audience segmentation and behavioural analysis to create compelling messaging for bwin.party mobile players.

The team also creates new user cycle campaigns and funnel conversions which have led to dramatically increased player engagement and open rates.
