India – Bilcare teams up with Global Poker Support

By - 7 February 2014

Bilcare Technologies has signed an exploratory teaming agreement with Global Poker Support International, founded by international poker professional and ambassador of PokerStars Marcel Luske.

The collaboration will see Bilcare Technologies extending their expertise beyond their traditional industry partnerships of pharmaceutical and healthcare; the two companies will work together to develop a purpose-built non-ClonableID tailored primarily to the unique requirements of the growing world of international poker events, and with clear application to other areas of gaming.

Rahul Bharadia, Executive Director for Bilcare Technologies said: “We are excited for our stakeholders to enter into an exploratory teaming agreement with Global Poker Support International. It further reiterates that our patent protected nonClonableID can also offer next generation security to a multi – billion dollar gaming industry.”

Bilcare Technologies is a research and technology leader focused on creating next-generation anti-counterfeiting, security and brand protection solutions for a broad range of industry sectors.

With breakthrough research and development in micro and nanotechnology, Bilcare Technologies has developed a first-of-its-kind technology – nonClonableID. The solution enables products to be authenticated as they move through the supply chain to the end consumer.

Headquartered in Pune, India, Bilcare Technologies combines its innovative approach with in-depth business knowledge in brand protection and supply chain integrity to offer solutions tailored to varying client requirements.

The innovative solution provider Bilcare Technologies is firmly committed to helping clients accomplish their business goals while protecting their brands against counterfeiting. With its affordability, security and ease of use, nonClonableID is a potent tool for the global economy in its fight against counterfeiting.

Mr. Luske added: “We’re delighted to partner with Bilcare Technologies. When we discovered that not even Bilcare can replicate one of their own nonClonableID tags, we knew instantly that this product has huge potential within the poker and gaming industries. WhileFIDPA continues its work to provide one set of standardized International Poker Rules that promote fairness and consistency, there’s still more work to be done to cover loopholes more effectively, and added layers of security to further safeguard the player experience when registering for events. We need to constantly raise the bar to protect the players, and an enhanced registration system that prioritises security, usability, and cost efficacy, will serve to equally benefit event organisers too.”

The teaming agreement with Global Poker Support International is key to the joint venture, using their complementary resources to meet the diverse needs of real-time security and identity-authentication within the poker and gaming arenas.

Mr. Luske has forged a world-class team of technical and legal advisors to assist his goal of providing innovative, impregnable, and secure registration systems to poker and other formats of gaming events.
