Ireland – KamaGames hits 150m unique usersBy Phil - 21 December 2020
KamaGames, the largest European social casino operator, has announced achieving a new milestone, the reaching of 150m unique players for their social casino and card games.
In 2018, KamaGames was proud to reach the momentous milestone of 100 million users. Now, less than two years later, the company has grown by more than 50 per cent to obtain this new accomplishment. KamaGames credits it’s two flagship products, Pokerist and Blackjackist, as the core drivers for this impressive growth. Both apps have been leaders in their respective mobile gaming genres and with the expansion of their portfolio of games, tournaments and interactive features has come an increase in player engagement, session times and unique users.
KamaGames’ latest non-social casino launch, Durak, has also contributed significantly to this success. Whilst this title remains in soft launch, Durak has already performed better than initially projected, garnering no less than 1.5 million users since August of this year.
Retaining players through the regular rollout of new games, features and mechanics is a core ethos of the KamaGames team as a whole. At the heart of every new release is the aim of engaging and entertaining their ever-growing audience base. Despite the challenges of the previous year, the company has continued to innovate and move forward with the launch of newly updated tournaments, party modes and most recently, 3D animated avatars that allow players to immerse themselves in the world of the game.
Whilst the high quality of these titles is an overwhelming factor in the completion of this milestone, their widespread availability on global online platforms cannot be underestimated. In addition to being easily available on the App Store and Google Play, KamaGames has ensured these titles can also be accessed via Playstation, Samsung Galaxy, Huawei AppGallery, as well as on desktop (Windows, MacOS), Apple TV, Facebook Instant Games and VK. This move ensures that, whatever a gamer’s playing preference, these flagship KamaGames apps are always readily available to them.
KamaGames CEO, Andrey Kuznetsov said: “We’re both humbled and proud to say we’ve hit the 150 million unique user mark. This achievement is the culmination of an immense amount of work between several of KamaGames’ teams. Whilst the pandemic threw up considerable challenges, these global teams still managed to bring new features, tournaments, games and mechanics to fruition. What’s more, each of these recent pandemic-era launches has all the same markers of high-quality design and creativity as their predecessors.”
Looking forward to 2021, KamaGames is confident that, considering 2020 was a record year of growth for the company in many respects, the New Year will bring further opportunities to reach fresh milestones and grow their audience base even further.
