Malta – Former William Hill U.S. CFO joins EveryMatrix Board of Directors

EveryMatrix has welcomed Mark McMillan to its Board of Directors. The former William Hill U.S. Chief Financial Officer will advise on EveryMatrix’s future development plans and help steer the company in the regulated U.S. iGaming market.

Mark McMillan brings 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy. After working for Ernst & Young and HSBC Global Banking, Mark McMillan joined iGaming in 2011 when he started in William Hill’s Corporate Development Office, before joining the U.S. business as CFO in 2016.

Since that time, he has worked across the Group’s divisions and was involved in the acquisition of businesses in the U.S., Spain, Australia, and the U.K. He is a graduate of the University of Birmingham with a degree in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.
