Win Systems has recently launched a new mobile platform, which customers can access free in order to enjoy a level of customer service which is unique in the industry.
This APP offers all the perfect tools needed to streamline communication processes and speed all operations. Users of the App can have instant and uninterrupted access to the Customer Service Department. They may also submit a new case via the “New Tickets” form to immediately request assistance, can follow and track the ticket using “My tickets”, and can also get the latest company news and access to generic casino statistical information.
