Malta – Yggdrasil release latest addition to Joker slot series

Yggdrasil’s has released its latest title, Lightning Joker, boasting wins of up to 10,000x stake in a single spin. The 3×3 slot is the latest in Yggdrasil’s Joker series following in the footsteps of Jokerizer and the classic jackpot game Joker Millions.
Lightning Joker features Turbo mode, a new addition to Yggdrasil’s iSense client framework which makes the reels stop as fast as the internet connection allows.
“Lightning Joker is an electrifying and innovative addition to our slot portfolio, while also continuing our exciting and hugely successful Joker series of games,” explained Jonas Strandman, Senior Product Strategist at Yggdrasil. “The simple and elegant yet fast gameplay, teamed with plenty of features, means players are in for a thrilling time as wins crash down and light up the reels.”
The game is reminicent of a classic land-based machine, but with a twist. With five paylines, if a player lands two reels stacked with the same symbol or wilds, this triggers a sticky respin, with all matched symbols remaining in place, and the rest of the symbols being respun for a big win potential.
The multiplier strike is triggered if all symbols on the reels are filled while a random multiplier is applied to any win, which can be 2x, 3x, 5x or 10x. Mystery wins occur if more than one Joker symbol lands on the reels on any spin. If two Jokers land, a player will win anything from 2x to 10,000x their stake, with the minimum win increasing with every additional joker landing. Collecting three jokers on a single payline triggers a minimum win of 1,000x a player’s stake.
