By - 19 October 2020

Casinos in the Mexican state of Yucatan will reopen tomorrow (October 20) having been closed for seven months.

Eight casinos located in the city of Mérida, in Yucatan, on the Gulf of Mexico, will be able to operate with a curfew 9:00 p.m.

The Yucatan Health Secretary (SSY) said: “These measures will allow to boost economic reactivation, given the serious national economic recession that had already been brewing at the beginning of the year, and which was aggravated by the coronavirus pandemic.”
