OKTO appointment to lead South Latin America operations
OKTO has named André Boesing as General Manager, South LatAm, strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its payments expansion across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia.
OKTO has appointed André Boesing as General Manager, South Latin America, as the company scales its presence across key markets including Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. His role will focus on regional operations, commercial growth, and advancing OKTO’s payment orchestration capabilities.
The company said the appointment supports its wider strategy to deliver AI-driven pay-ins and payouts, treasury and liquidity tools, banking capabilities, and end-to-end settlement services for merchants in fast-growing digital economies.
Boesing brings more than two decades of global experience in acquiring, issuing and payment operations, with previous leadership roles at emerchantpay, Kalixa Group, Smart2Pay and Bibit Global Payments (RBS/Worldpay). His background includes leading market expansion initiatives across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
