Philippines – Gaming revenue at Okada Manila jumps 68 per cent quarter on quarter

Having reopened in mid-October albeit with some limitations om attendance, Okada Manila in the Philippines, generated GGR of Php7.01bn (US$137.4 m), a 68 per cent jump from the previous quarter with no revenue generated in the corresponding quarter year earlier.

The venue’s owner, Tiger Resorts, Leisure and Entertainment, said that the increase was driven by VIP table games, which generated GGR of Php3.77bn (US$73.9m). Mass tables accounted for Php1.34bn (US$26.3m) with slots producing Php1.90bn (US$37.3m). The property attracted 761,306 customers in the fourth quarter and 1,846,031 during the whole year, up from1,645,636 in 2020.
