SBM wins inaugural ECA Best Slot Team award
During the European Casino Association’s European Dealer Championship there was a premiere – a new award developed in collaboration with key industry partners: Novomatic, IGT, Aristocrat, and Light & Wonder. For the first time the ECA honoured the people working in the slot departments of ECA member casinos.
The “Best Slot Team of the Year Award” was presented during the finals of this year’s Dealer Championship held at Casino Bregenz, Austria, with the winner being the Slot Team of Société des Bains de Mer Monte Carlo. The prize was accepted on behalf of the Casino de Monte Carlo Slot team by Éric Costantini, the Technical Director for the casinos operated by Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) in Monte‑Carlo, which includes the legendary Casino de Monte‑Carlo and Casino Café de Paris Monte‑Carlo.

This Award is a new distinction, created by the European Casino Association (ECA), to honour excellence, innovation, and operational performance within slot operations teams across its member casinos. The ECA, together with its strategic partners, is delighted to present this well-deserved recognition to Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.”
