Slovakia – Olympic snaps up Slovakian VLT licence

Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) has acquired 100 per cent shareholding in Slovak VLT slot casino operator WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. and plans to open its first VLT casino on Slovak market during the first half of 2014.
WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. has the licence required for operating VLT (server-based) slots in Slovakia. The acquired company does not operate VLT slot casinos at the moment. The share capital of WINWIN Slovakia s.r.o. is 1,231,940 euros. The parties agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.
The group stated: “The transaction is not considered to be a transaction with related parties in the meaning of the rules and regulations of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn stock exchange and it does not have a direct effect on the economic activities of the OEG group. The management board and the supervisory board members of OEG are not personally interested in this transaction in any other way.”
