By - 23 May 2014

Building upon the commitment to expand its presence globally, IGT has entered into a partnership with Matsui Gaming Machine, as part of the company’s successful presence at G2E Asia. Matsui, which has a long and successful business record across Asia, was chosen by IGT as the exclusive distributor for Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs).

“We are focused on long-term growth in Asia, and the partnership with Matsui is an incredible opportunity for us to grow our brand and show our strength in this emerging marketplace,” said Sabby Gill, IGT Senior VP of International Sales. “Matsui demands the best-in-class games for its loyal customer base, and we are honoured that they recognised the value of IGT to meet the needs of players in Korea.”

With head offices in Tokyo and operations and manufacturing facilities in Seoul, Matsui is a prime choice for IGT to bring a wave of blue innovation into the top gaming regions in Asia.

“We are delighted to be the exclusive distributor for IGT games in Korea,” said Takashi Matsui, Chairman and CEO of Matsui Gaming Machine. “We look forward to the opportunity of bringing the latest games and systems to the Korean casino market.”
